Sumba, (pronouced as Szoom-ba) literally unknown to many, is a remote eastern Indonesia island with a size 15 times of Singapore but has less than 800,000 inhabitants. A laid back but idyllic place to capture timeless moments.

A cheap yet effective disposable rain cover to wade off the chilly early morning wind. Caught this ardent lady braved the harsh element to catch a glimpse of sunrise. This photo one of my favourites in this trip as it was so candid.
Father and son.
Its uniquely shaped mangroves, dubbed “dancing trees” for the way they seem to sway with the rising and setting sun in the background. These unique mangrove trees lining the beach, some of which are so bizarrely shaped they almost look like they are frozen in a dancing motion.
